Ideal for walls, trim and high traffic areas. Can be applied to properly prepared and primed interior drywall, wood, metal, architectural plastics, cured plaster and masonry. Not for use on floors.

Surface PreparationBlank space if empty.

The following steps are recommended for product performance.

• All surfaces must be clean, free of dust, chalk, oil, grease, wax, polish, mold and mildew stains, loose and peeling paint, rust and all other foreign substances. Glossy surfaces must be scuff sanded with appropriate sandpaper prior to coating.
• Fill all gaps with a 100% acrylic, siliconized, paintable caulking and allow to completely dry prior to coating.

• Surfaces to be painted must be cleaned, primed with an appropriate primer and ready to accept a finish coat.
• Prime new drywall with a product such as BEHR^® Kitchen, Bath & Trim Stain-Blocking Primer & Sealer No. 75.
• Use product when the surface and air temperatures are between 2-32°C.
• Airless Spray: .015"-.021" tip with 60 mesh filter.
• Roller: Use a high quality 10-13 mm nap roller cover on smooth surfaces or 13-19 mm nap roller cover on semi-rough or porous surfaces.
• Brush: Use a high-quality nylon/polyester brush.
• Coverage: Up to 37 m² (400 sq ft) per 3.79 L depending on the surface texture, porosity and application method.
• Certain colours may require additional coats for complete hide.
• DO NOT THIN. Product is formulated for use at package consistency only.
• Intermix containers of same colour and product to ensure colour and sheen uniformity.
• For disaster restoration, use a product such as water-base KILZ RESTORATION™ Primer or oil-base KILZ^® Original Primer to permanently block severe stains and odours. After priming, test for stain bleed-through by applying the topcoat to a small section. If the stain bleeds through the topcoat, apply a second coat of primer and test again before top-coating the entire area. If bleeding continues, allow primer to dry a full 24 hours before top-coating.

Clean Up & DisposalBlank space if empty.

• Clean all tools and equipment with soap and water.
• For disposal of empty containers and unused product, contact your household refuse collection service.
• To reduce waste, consult with your retailer or an online paint calculator to determine the correct amount of paint to purchase.

Dry TimeBlank space if empty.

• Dries to touch in 1 hour at 77° F and 50% humidity.
• Recoat after 2 hours.
• Longer dry time required in cooler temperatures and higher humidity.
• After 2 weeks, cured paint film may be cleaned with a mild, non-abrasive liquid detergent.

For one year from the date of purchase, Behr Process Corporation warrants to the original consumer purchaser, (1) that the product meets Behr Process Corporation’s manufacturing specifications, and (2) the performance of this product when applied according to the label instructions and specifications. If this product is found not to perform as specified on the label within one year from the date of purchase, Behr Process Corporation will, at its option and upon presentation of proof-of-purchase (the original receipt), either furnish an equivalent amount of new product or refund the original purchase price of this product to you. This warranty excludes (1) labor and costs of labor for the application or removal of any product, and (2) any incidental or consequential damages, whether based on breach of express or implied warranty, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.​ To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties including the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
